I get what you’re feeling, Lise, I share it with you. Lost my core family, parents and brothers. Am I an orphan, I asked myself. I’ve tucked them into my heart. Don’t do the gravesite visit. They’re in my heart.

Now in my 70’s, treasured lifelong friends that i love, are leaving. Aunts, Uncles. Countless loved pets are gone. They’re also in my heart.

Am not a good griever. Stuck, but move forward every day. They would want that from me. My kids, grandkids love the memories I share with them. Happily carry on with them and awesome friends.

My heart is full of love of those passed and those hugging me now. Grateful.

    Hello ,

I saw your tweet about animals and thought I will check your website. I like it!

I love pets. I have two beautiful thai cats called Tammy(female) and Yommo(male). Yommo is 1 year older than Tommy. He acts like a bigger brother for her. 🙂
I have even created an Instagram account for them ( https://www.instagram.com/tayo_home/ ) and probably soon they will have more followers than me (kinda funny).

I have subscribed to your newsletter. 🙂

Keep up the good work on your blog.

    Regards

It is said an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence, to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words: “And this, too, shall pass away.” How much it expresses! How chastening in the hour of pride! How consoling in the depths of affliction!
